CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Terms of service
Current version: 9 September 2026.
Service provider
The service provider is SIA TURO, registration No. 40203558907, registered address: Kalna iela 2–2, Stelpe, Stelpes pag., Bauskas nov., LV-3925, Latvija. Contact: siaturo@inbox.eu, +371 26 738 751. Office hours: 08:00–17:00 Latvia time. These terms concern use of this website and enquiries for passenger transport.
Enquiries and agreement
This website presents services and helps you prepare a journey enquiry. Completing a form, sending an email or having an initial conversation does not itself confirm a booking. Before travel, we agree in writing on availability, route, dates, transport requirements, price, payment deadlines and cancellation terms. The binding scope is the scope agreed by the parties.
Scope of service
We offer individually planned group journeys throughout Latvia and to European Union countries. Routes and daily programmes shown on the website are examples, not a scheduled public service. The vehicle, capacity, equipment, luggage arrangements and special requirements are confirmed individually. Images are illustrative.
Prices and payment
Website prices are indicative transport budgets in euros for the whole group in the stated scenario. They are not an automatically applicable tariff or a binding quotation. Before agreement, we specify the final amount payable, compulsory charges and applicable taxes, if any. The proposal clarifies the treatment of waiting, parking, road tolls, ferries, driver accommodation and other costs. Additional services and their cost are agreed before they are ordered. Payment follows the confirmed proposal or contract; this website does not collect payments.
Journey information
The organiser provides accurate addresses, dates, times, passenger numbers and details of luggage or required equipment. Please report changes as soon as possible. Passengers must follow agreed meeting times, vehicle safety requirements and applicable travel rules. The organiser arranges responsible accompanying adults for children’s groups. Passengers are responsible for their required travel documents.
Schedules and changes
The travel plan takes the route and driver working and rest requirements into account. Traffic, weather and other actual conditions can affect driving times. Material changes and solutions are discussed with the organiser. Please see our changes and cancellation policy for the relevant process.
Responsibility and consumer rights
The parties’ responsibilities are governed by applicable law and their agreement. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer or passenger rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Passenger transport contracts are subject to specific rules; the general 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases does not automatically apply.
Questions and disputes
For questions about a service or invoice, first email siaturo@inbox.eu with your travel date and a description of the issue. Complaints are handled within the procedure and deadlines required by applicable law. Consumers may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or a competent court. Latvian law governs the agreement without prejudice to otherwise applicable mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
